Rada Knives Come In Silver and Black Handles

Rada cutlery is made of surgical quality, T420 high carbon stainless steel. The handles are permanently cast aluminum with a satin-finish. The aluminum handles have a balance for superior comfort in your hand. The hollow-ground blades ensure a precision concave surface for maximum edge retention and sharpness. Made in the US	Rada now offers their knives in the black Stainless Steel Resin (SSR) handle. This new handle is the same size, shape and weight as our existing Brushed Aluminum handle (and has the same blade steel too). The black SSR handles were developed for improved performance in automatic dishwashers.
