concave surface for maximum edge retention and sharpness and are hand
sharpened for a razor sharp edge. Hand washing and immediate drying are
recommended for the aluminum handled knives.
Rada introduces the new
Stainless Steel Resin (SSR) handle. These black SSR handles were developed
for improved performance in automatic dishwashers. The are the same size,
shape and weight as the Brushed Aluminum handle--and has the same blade too.
At the present time many sets come in either the silver or black handle. Some
utensil sets do too. Rada intends to add more of the black handle sets in the
future as well.
