The Fagor Duo pressure cookers have a spring
type pressure mechanism with two pressure settings, low (8psi) and high
(15psi). the Duo has a sleek black, handle ergonomically designed for a better
grip.
This pressure cooker comes with a
stainless steel steamer basket with trivet. As with all Fagor pressure cookers
this works on all cooking surfaces: gas, electric, ceramic and induction. The
10 Qt size is a good size for the larger family, and can be used both for pressure cooking and pressure canning.
