Induction Ready Saucier Pan

This saucier pan has a unique look, and is shorter than the traditional sauce pans. It features straight sides and broadly curves at the bottom, so the top is wider than the base. This sort of pan is excellent for preparations requiring stirring or whisking, such as you would do with sauces, puddings, custards, and rice dishes.
