Health Craft's most popular stockpot comes with
a vented cover for waterless greaseless cooking. It's great for cooking large
quantities of vegetables, also for healthy soups, stews, stocks, chili and
spaghetti sauce.
The 8” Chef Pan inverted fits
as Dutch oven cover for Stack Cooking. 8" vented cover also fits 8" Chef Pan.
The construction is T304L Surgical Stainless Steel on the inside, and 438
magnetic stainless steel on the outside. It is 5-PLY construction both bottom
and up the sides. The means this stockpot can be used on gas, electric or
induction cooktop.
These saucepans/stockpots come in 4
sizes - 2 Qt, 3Qt, 4Qt, and 8 Qt sizes. All are 5 ply construction for
waterless or regular cooking.
Induction Cooking Uses 80% less energy than
conventional high-heat cooking.
